Questions, testing, and returns
How every batch is tested, how to read a certificate of analysis, and how storage, shipping and returns work. If something is unclear, contact us and we will answer it directly.

Every product on this site is supplied for laboratory research use by qualified researchers and research institutions. These compounds are not drugs, foods, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have not been approved by the FDA for human use, and they are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use.
This is not a formality or a disclaimer we have added for legal cover. It determines what we sell, who we sell to, and what guidance we will and will not provide.
Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and must be acting as a qualified researcher or on behalf of a research institution. At checkout you will be asked to affirmatively certify this, along with your agreement not to administer these products to humans or animals.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that possession and use of these compounds is lawful in their own jurisdiction. Regulations differ by country and by state, and we cannot advise on your local position.
No. We do not publish dosing protocols, cycle guidance, stacking recommendations, or administration instructions, and our support team will not provide them by email or phone.
We do publish handling and storage data, including solvent compatibility, lyophilised and post-reconstitution stability, light sensitivity, and storage temperature, because those are chemical properties of the material that a researcher needs in order to store and handle it correctly.
Every batch we receive is sampled before any vial is listed for sale. The sample goes to an independent US-based analytical laboratory, which performs reverse-phase HPLC to establish purity against the impurity profile, mass spectrometry to confirm the observed molecular mass matches the expected mass, and Karl Fischer titration to determine residual water content.
We do not operate our own laboratory. A purity figure generated by the party selling the material is not an independent result, and we would not expect you to accept one from us.
Each certificate is published on the product page for the compound it belongs to, as a viewable document. It is not behind an email request or a customer account.
Batches currently undergoing analysis display a testing-in-progress state rather than a certificate. We do not publish sample, placeholder, or representative certificates, because a certificate that does not correspond to the lot in your hand is worthless.
Match the lot number printed on your vial to the lot number on the certificate. They must be the same. Then check the test date is consistent with the batch you were shipped rather than an earlier one, and confirm the issuing laboratory is independent of the seller.
Read the chromatogram, not only the summary figure. The main peak should dominate the trace; the smaller peaks are the impurity profile that the purity percentage is measured against.
Because we removed cost layers rather than testing. There is no retail footprint, no distributor tier, and no paid endorsement built into the price of a vial. We source directly from synthesis partners and hold fewer, larger lots, which lowers the per-vial share of our fixed costs.
Analytical testing is a fixed cost per lot that we treat as non-negotiable. It is the thing most commonly cut to reach a low price, and it is the one thing we will not cut.
Sealed lyophilised powder should be stored at -20 °C and protected from light. Allow a vial to reach room temperature before breaking the seal so condensation does not form on the powder.
Once in solution, stability is materially shorter than in the lyophilised state, and material should be kept refrigerated and protected from light. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles degrade peptides, so aliquot rather than refreeze. Compound-specific conditions are listed on each product page.
Orders placed before 2pm CT on a business day are dispatched the same day, and tracking is issued on dispatch. We ship from within the United States.
Lyophilised vials are packed insulated with cold packs and are stable for the duration of transit. Refrigerate on arrival. We are not able to control carrier delays, but transit conditions are specified so that a delayed parcel does not compromise the material.
Because these are sterile, temperature-sensitive research materials, we accept returns only where an item arrived damaged in transit or where the wrong item was shipped. Report either within 72 hours of delivery, with photographs of the outer packaging, the vial, and the shipping label.
We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or reconstituted vials, or returns for change of mind, under any circumstances. Once a vial has left our custody and its cold chain and seal are outside our control, we cannot verify its integrity, and reselling it would be indefensible.
Approved claims are resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion. Contact us before returning anything, because unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
Yes. Contact us with the compounds, quantities, and timeframe you need, and whether you require any additional analysis beyond our standard release testing. Institutional purchase orders can be accommodated.
