1. Research use only

All products supplied by Science Aminos are sold exclusively for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration for human use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use.

2. Purchaser certification

By placing an order you certify that each of the following is true:

You are at least 21 years of age.
You are a qualified researcher, or you are purchasing on behalf of a research institution or commercial entity engaged in research.
You will use the products solely for laboratory research purposes.
You will not administer the products to humans or animals, nor supply them to any person who intends to do so.
You will handle and store the products in accordance with accepted laboratory safety practice.

This certification must be affirmatively given at checkout. Orders placed without it will not be fulfilled.

3. Lawful use and jurisdiction

The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether purchase, possession, and use of any product is lawful in their jurisdiction, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Regulatory treatment of these compounds differs by country and by state. We do not advise on your local position and we make no representation that any product may lawfully be imported into or possessed within any particular jurisdiction.

4. No guidance on use

We do not provide dosing protocols, reconstitution guidance for administration, cycle guidance, or any advice relating to human or veterinary use, whether published or on request. Any such information a purchaser obtains elsewhere is not endorsed by us.

5. Certificates of analysis

Certificates published on this site are issued by an independent third-party analytical laboratory and relate to the specific lot identified on the certificate. They describe identity, purity, and related analytical parameters as at the date of testing. They are not a warranty of fitness for any purpose.

6. Returns

Returns are accepted only where an item arrived damaged in transit or where an incorrect item was shipped, reported within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Opened, used, or reconstituted vials cannot be returned. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Approved claims are resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any product or order is limited to the purchase price paid for that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from use of a product outside the research use for which it was supplied.

8. Indemnity

The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from their use, handling, storage, resale, or disposal of any product, or from any breach of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

Certain compounds in our catalog may be subject to third-party patent rights in some jurisdictions. Products are supplied solely for uses falling within an applicable research or regulatory exemption to patent infringement. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring their intended use falls within such an exemption.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time an order is placed governs that order.
